Before the 31st of August we accept only
online credit card payment.

From the 31st of August to the 11th of
September the registration will be closed.

We will accept payment at the conference
desk as well. You can pay either by credit card or in cash. Please note
that we do not accept bank drafts and checks.

The registration fee includes the welcome reception on Sep 11, the barbeque on Sep 12, and the conference
dinner on Sep 13. Any accompanying person (who does not pay registration
fee) needs to pay for those social events they wish to attend.

The registration fee does not include the
optional day trip on Sep 15. The cost of the trip is EUR 35 per person;
the bus capacity is 45 and people will be accepted on a first come,
first served basis.

Please notify the organising committee in
advance (by sending e-mail to nikola.nikolov @ ul.ie) if you intend to
pay you registration fee at the conference desk. If you do not notify us
before the end of August we cannot guarantee your participation in the
social events.

If you intend to stay in the Dromroe Student Village then
you must register and pay your accommodation at least two weeks
in advance to your arrival.

Registration for the Workshop on Network
Analysis and Visualisation is separate from the conference
