Regular and student registration fees include: attendance at all sessions, coffee-breaks, lunches, welcome reception, happy hour drinks, social dinner, and a copy of the proceedings.

We only provide off-line registration. Please download the registration form ( or ), then Fax filled form to : +61 2 9351 3838; or email it to Ms. Sharon Chambers s.chambers@usyd.edu.au.

Guests and Accompanying Persons

Guests are welcome to attend the conference dinner, but will require a ticket. The attendance fee is $AU 150.

Accommodation

You must arrange accommodations directly with a hotel. Our conference venue Swiss-Grand Hotel is an ideal place for your short stay, which provides special rates to GD07 delegates. Please refer to Accommodation for details.

Cancellation Policy

Fees will be refunded if a written request is received before August 31. There will be an administrative charge of $AU 50 for cancellations. No refund will be made for cancellations received after August 31. Substitutions can be made at any time. Cancellations will be processed after the conference.
