Early Registration is now open.
Early registration will end on January 15.
Late registration will end on February 28.
Registration on-site is not possible.
All deadlines are understood to be 23:59 AoE (Anywhere on Earth time).
Registration Fees #
The student/regular registration fee includes the welcome reception (on Tuesday, March 3), coffee breaks, lunches, guided excursion, and the social dinner, which will be held at a restaurant in the historic center of Perugia with a beautiful view of the city at night.
However, if necessary, you may purchase extra tickets for the welcome reception and/or the social dinner, as well as a printed copy of the proceedings.

For each paper presented at WALCOM 2026, at least one author must be registered for the conference.
